She guided First Choice Foods through selecting a tagline and managed the collaboration with a graphics designer, successfully completing the project on time, in budget, and most importantly delighting the client.
Marian has an extensive background in fast-paced publication environments that require strategic planning, flexibility, world-class team building, and innovation to meet goals in industries as varied as the space program and a manufacturing plant. Marian created a publication department that supported the launch of 5 new products in 18 months.
Following her vision at The Raymond Corporation, she and her team improved document quality that met or exceeded industry standards and received awards from the Society for Technical Communications. The product support publications were always ready for the product introduction. Raymond is in a high risk industry and the Operator Manual is vital to safely operating the truck.
